Please follow the directions below to ensure your application is processed promptly. All applicants must be over the age of 18.

 

  1. Complete the Rental Application displayed on the right (below, on mobile). Use the "Download" button to download a copy to your computer.

  2. Gather and include the following items with your application

    • Proof of income for each applicant (e.g. 2 most recent pay stubs, or most recent tax return)

    • If represented by a Realtor®, the agent’s contact information or a copy of their business card.

    • Application fee -- $50.00 per applicant. Check or money orders should be made payable to PMA, LLC. This is a non-refundable processing fee.

    • Security deposit -- equal to one month’s rent in certified funds, cashiers check, or money order.

  3. Send the completed application forms and supporting documents (proof of income, real estate agent info) by email to rentalapps@pma-dc.com.

  4. Application fee and security deposit can be dropped off at our offices, or sent to our PO Box. If you choose to drop these items off, please contact us first by phone at 703-457-6533, ext. 4 to ensure someone is in the office to receive you.

Rental Applications are processed Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. An answer is usually available within 24 to 48 hours if the applications are complete and all the required documents are submitted.

 

Please ensure that applications are filled out completely and accurately. Any missing initials, blanks, or questionable information will be cause for delay in approval or immediate rejection. If credit status or circumstances may require special consideration, be prepared to provide further supporting documentation, i.e. tax returns, letter of employment, etc. In cases of pets, letters of referral from past landlords or property management will be expected before ratification of the lease and related addenda.
