Submitting a Rental Application Online

In order to submit an application you must meet the following criteria.

  1. Applicant must have digital copies of their Proof of Income (two most recent pay stubs or previous year's W2, if self-employed) in a .pdf, .jpg, or .png file format.

  2. If you are represented by a real estate agent, you must have his or her contact information.

 

If you meet these criteria you may proceed with your online application.

Please follow the instructions below to avoid any

delays in processing your application.

  1. Click on the link below to view/download the application.

  2. Fill out the application as completely and accurately as possible. Each applicant must sign and initial it.  

  3. Save it as a PDF. If you need help doing so please see our guide.

  4. Check the PDF of your application saved correctly and all the information is accurate.

  5. Email the application PDF along with digital copies of your Proof of Income to rentalapps@pma-dc.com.  

  6. Submit the $50 per applicant processing fee by follow the steps listed to the right.

 Processing Fee

Please follow the instructions below to to avoid any delays in processing your application.

  1. Click the link below to the payment form.

  2. Enter your payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. We also accept ACH/Check payments.

  3. Enter the correct processing fee based on the number of applicants. The processing fee is $50 per applicant. Please make sure this is accurate to avoid delays or additional fees.

  4. Enter the Street name of the property in the field provided.
