1. Submit the Processing Fee
Please follow the instructions below to to avoid any delays in processing your application.

Enter your payment information. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. We also accept ACH/Check payments.
Enter the correct processing fee based on the number of applicants. The processing fee is $50 per applicant. Please make sure this is accurate to avoid delays or additional fees.

2. Submit the Rental Application Verification form
If you are currently renting, your current landlord must complete a Rental Application Verification form.
